SNFlist was born out of frustration. As CEO of Concerto Renal Services, I spent years navigating the post-acute market firsthand — and years fighting through the same problem everyone else in the space quietly accepts: operator data from CMS is inaccurate, incomplete, and nearly impossible to make sense of.
Rather than work around it, I built my own solution. Drawing on years of experience manually sorting through and deciphering raw ownership data, I developed what I called my " SNF list" — a clean, structured view of the operator landscape that I could actually use to run my business.
I quickly realized I wasn't the only one who needed it. Every vendor, investor, and operator in the post-acute space was dealing with the same broken data. So I turned my list into a product, paired it with powerful facility-level data, and built the platform now known as SNFlist. What started as one vendor's workaround is now the intelligence resource for the entire post-acute economy.
